Shipping Policy

All items are shipped within 12–72 hours of payment, unless cases of holidays or presales. In case of holidays we will ship the next business day.

Cancellations

Due to the time and fees associated with processing spore orders, we have a strict no-cancellation policy. If you require your order be cancelled, please contact us within 12 hours and you will be fully refunded, minus a 9% restock fee. In the case that your order is dropped off with USPS within 12 hours from the time it was placed, we cannot cancel the order.
